We have received the touch screens and everything is in good condition. Communication with the supplier has always been smooth and professional. There was a small misunderstanding during the order process regarding the “integrated power source.” In fact, we did not need the integrated power source, but it was included because of a communication gap, most likely due to translation differences. This caused a small delay in production, but the supplier explained the situation clearly and handled it with honesty and professionalism, which we greatly appreciate. Overall, we are satisfied with the product and service, and we look forward to working together again in the future.
